		<description>Website for Dutch/Californian artist Bas Jan Ader, last seen in 1975 when he took off in what would have been the smallest sailboat ever to cross the Atlantic. He left behind a small oeuvre, often using gravity as a medium, which more than 30 years after his disappearance at sea is more influential than ever before.

Launched in 2007, SpaceCollective.org is a ground breaking participatory learning community and independent creative research platform where “forward thinking terrestrials share ideas and information about possible futures within our lifetimes.”

An experiment in the creation of collaborative interfaces and digital curricula, which from the day of its inception attracted a highly intelligent and dedicated community from around the world.

SpaceCollective is a joint initiative of filmmaker Rene Daalder and designer Folkert Gorter. System architecture and technology created by Josh Pangell. The Future of Everything episodes are edited by Aaron Ohlmann.
